Katherine Gregg is an Accredited Psychotherapist and Life Coach.
As a Psychotherapist a mandatory and fundamental part of our training and ongoing career involves personal development. I’m experienced in counselling individuals, couples and group dynamics for over 10 years. I was once told by a teacher of mine that “I will only ever hold someone in therapy as deep as I have gone myself”. This really resonated with me at the time in my early years of training, as I discovered the deeper I went myself, the deeper I was able to take someone else.
When I speak of depth, I mean psychological depth, the work we do on ourselves and how far we are willing to go in order to make significant changes.
I find the facilitation of growth in others a wonderful and humbling experience, I believe that we are all a work in progress and that we co-create and grow through our interactions with others.
I was influenced by various people throughout my life to different teachings from books such as ‘The Secret’, the work of Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Abraham Hicks and many others; all of which, I went on to discover, are not new thought, as literature of these teachings date back to the late 1800’s and even ancient civilisations lived by this philosophy.
I am now at a place where I can access my own life journey and my tools as a Psychotherapist to facilitate significant change in others, who are ready to commit to themselves, do the work and make things happen.
I’m Katherine Gregg, a qualified and accredited Psychotherapist and Life Coach with over 10 years experience counselling individuals, couples and group dynamics.
